As her vision slowly recovers, she is able to make out blurry shapes of people. The dark Solar Mage laughs at Icefall stumbling to stand back up. Once standing again, he throws his second dark orb at her. Sensing it with her mage sight, Icefall hastily throws up a small barrier of air to deflect it back at the sender. The man screams at it hits his arm during his attempt to dodge it. Icefall begins to prepare another spell while the man is distracted.

<Kaeden raises his eye as he looks at the piece of metal that Belgurdo threw to him.>
Kaeden: "Hmmph? What is that?" <Kaeden continues keeping away from the Dark Solar Mage, and quickly glances up at the sky. He notices a black spot in the blue sky. He begins chanting while gathering mana.>
Kaeden: "Hidden black moon Katamba, gather your dark rays to destroy my enemies! BURN OF KATAMBA!" <A black beam of light descends from the sky, and narrows into a point as thin as a needle before striking the forehead of the Dark Solar Mage! It burns the skin completely on his forehead, and parts of his skull are revealed. The Dark Solar Mage collapses, severely stunned. Kaeden quickly heads to stand over the Dark Solar Mage, and repeatedly slashes, trying to wear down the barrier.>

The angered dark mage rushes Icefall, sword in hand. Although she is still blurry, she can tell that the black orb had injured his sword arm. Icefall blocks his attack with her own sword, but at the closer range, the mage grabs her neck with his free hand. Choking, she thrusts her sword towards his stomach. The man makes a garbled sound and loosens his grip around her neck and falls limp on her sword. Gasping for air, Icefall pushes the man to the ground, sliding him off her sword.

Dissius, still smoking from the extinguished black fire looks near Kaeden where the gun fell

Could it be? One of those "guns" that old man Trenadol made one time? Let's see!

Dissius sheathes Girthang and jumps over to Kaeden rolls and grabs the "gun" shows Kaeden the "trigger" and motions him to pull it

Kaeden to use this hold it like this...and point it like this...and pull this. You'll need to brace yourself when you pull that part cause it'll make a afully big jerk on your arm. It is very dangerous so best be careful when using it.

Dissius quickly hands the shotgun over to Kaeden

MEANWHILE
The Dark Solar Mage Dissius thought he had downed quitely gets up unsheathing a black blade and runs behind Dissius while he is handing Kaeden the shotgun that Belgourdo had thrown, and the Mage jams the sword through the back of Dissius

AGGGGHHH!!!

The DSM yanks the sword out expecting Dissius to fall down and die, Dissius turns around at his own pace, there is a smirk on his face. He looks into the DSM's eyes which are filled with hatred it then slashes at Dissius' side cutting his belt and flinging Girthang aside. Dissius stands partially hung over but is not worried

You think I'd be that easy to kill *cough*, well you are wrong--
Dissius quickly grabs Ganadurn from behind his cloak and unsheaths it and throws the scabbard aside, he begins to gather mana and then jumps around avoiding the DSM

Alright now I will make sure you won't get up again!

Dissius's eyes begin to glow after a minute or so

Now you will die!

Dissius runs at the DSM and thrusts Ganadurn deep into it

ENERGY SWORD!!

The color of the DSM's eyes fade and he begins to swell and then eventually explodes, Dissius brings his cloak around to sheild the messy debris

Now I can rest for a moment.

Dissius falls to the ground

<Kaeden stares at the shotgun in his hands, one eyebrow raised.>
Kaeden: "Hmm? What could a piece of junk like this possibly do?" <Kaeden tosses the shotgun aside, and sheathes his scimitar. He then holds the cutlass with both hands, and stabs it down on the still stunned Dark Solar Mage. It slams into the energy barrier, but as Kaeden continues forcing his sword down, it slowly inches it's way torward the body of the Dark Solar Mage. Finally, the sword goes completely through the magical barrier, and snaps the Dark Solar Mage's spine, and punctures through the right lung and between two ribs, and slightly into the ground. Kaeden slowly pulls the sword out, and watches as the dying Dark Solar Mage's blood slowly forms a growing pool beneath his body. The Dark Solar Mage's shield now broken, and the Mage being too weak to remake it, Kaeden decides to mercifully end the Mage's fading life. He swings his cutlass downards at the Mage's body, and the Mage's head rolls a few feet away from his body. Kaeden sheathes his cutlass and notices Icefall standing over another dead Dark Solar Mage, and Dissius sorrounded by the remains of that which once was a Dark Solar Mage.>
Kaeden: "..." ::Hmm... Something tells me to quickly head back to camp...::
Kaeden: "We have nothing left to do here. Let us return to the camp."
