| After a few more unsuccessful tries, Icefall is finally able to get a spark onto the wood. As the fire begins to catch, she gets out a small teapot and sets up a tripod over the fire to hang it from. She then returns to her spot on the ground next to Kaeden and starts to munch on a piece of dried meat. We should be fine here for a while. Interesting spot for a campsite though, since it is off of the main pathway. |

| Icefall finishes her meal and places the empty pouch back in the bag. She then touches the ground with her hand and half closes her eyes. They were here at one point during the Solar Split, another time more recently. She opens her eyes and goes over to inspect the log on the ground. After circling it a few times, she begins to push on it in an attempt to move it. |

| She finally gets it to move, revealing a set of runes carved in stone on the ground. Icefall traces a few with her finger and nods to herself. I thought so. This campsite is gaurded by magic. It can only be found and reached by certain mages. The barriers set here are old ones, but are still holding. The solar mages were here not too long ago. |

| Originally, this barrier was used to keep the dark mages away during the Solar Split. It created an illusion to keep them from wandering into this area. There are also some wards so that the dark ones would not want to even enter the forest itself. The solar mages here last added a small barrier to keep the journeymen back a bit as well. |

| Icefall nods and begins to push the log back over the stone runes. Afterwards, she sits down and pours a cup of tea for each of them. I agree. We will be safe here for the night. |
